Hi Chef,
This article is for keeping you up to date on issues for the New Year’s Bash event. Chefs have been telling us about some different issues with the event:

1) Not having accessing to the New Year’s Bash including the catering order and the quest:
We know that some chefs were having this problem soon after the New Years Event was released. We have since fixed this issue, so please be sure to refresh your cafe.

On the second new year quest in sims social, you need to mail (share) one of your resolutions with friends.

how to choose resolutions in sims social ?
it’s easy, click mailboxes then choose which resolution you’re going to make
pick resolution and send feed

click mailbox and you 5 options of resolutions :
- personal
- random
- moral
- chores
- social

choose one then you’ll find more actions to choose just pick one and then you can share and post the resolution automatically

click share to post it on wall so your friends can get bonus reward from your feed

On the last happy new year quest one of the task requirements is you must have or equip sim with sims social slob trait

slobs are relatively unconcerned by mess and even thrive in filth.. much to other sims’ dismay

how to find and equip slob trait in sims social ?
actually it’s already explained on the first time when you play this game
if you forgot click your sims, there will be traits option to choose

assign traits to give your sim unique abilities

you must have enough lifetime points to equip or remove it, i’m sure you already have enough lifetime point from skills and missions

these are timed quest series for 2012 resolutions ! the missions must be accepted by 1/31/2012.
You have 7 days to complete each goals once you choose to start them.

here are the goals :

- Harvest 80 Red Roses
- Tend 100 Sheep On Your Homestead
- Craft 3 Unfinished Red Dresses
Reward: 1 Lacy Red Dress, 3 Fast Hand Boosts, 1 Fanny Crate
