Boys and Girls Center (Community Building)
Starting Population Allowance: 4500
Maximum Population Allowance: 8500

resolution 2 : live healthier goals
Health Complex (Business)
Starting Supply/Payout: 500 Goods/2500 Coins
Maximum Supply/Payout: 500 Goods/3300 Coins

resolution 3 : go green goals
Common Green (Community Building)
Starting Population Allowance: 4500
Maximum Population Allowance: 8500

part 1 : alpha mission
- make 18 items in the speakeasy in chicago
- get 20 crew members in chicago
- fight 100 times in chicago
reward : phosporescent harness (125A/83D)

part 2 : in the beginning mission
- activate 12 crew members in brazil
- rob 40 times in brazil
- job : negotiate a sit-down with comando do candiru (60)
reward : grill (124A/86D)

part 3 : the big bang mission
- clear 12 robbing boards
- declare a war 10 times
- loot 25 beer barrels from job: set up a rum running base of operation
reward : snow goggles (84A/124D)

part 4 : redemption mission
- ask for 20 construction workers from mafia
- build 4 vehicles in the chop shop
- ice 40 opponents in new york
reward : liquid metal (80A/128D)

part 5 : resolution mission
- win 6 wars
- job: dodge a firebombing on your headquarters (40)
- acquire 15 animals
reward : turkey buzzard (82A/126D)
