If you click on a friends “spread the love” feed, you get 1 heart. And you need to get collecting those hearts as the new Valentine items can only be bought using the hearts in addition to coins!
The Valentine Hearts feature will be a limited-time-only feature and we will remove it February 24th! So get collecting valentine heart now 
Country Story Treant , if you look on the loading screen you will see a tree creature that says :
“hi I’m treant! You need to collect me to buy trees so don’t forget to visit your friends’ farms everyday to stock up!”

You now need 3 Treants in order to be able to purchase basic trees.
Collected Treants displays in the tree-tab in your inventory.

Where to find treant on country story ?
You can collect one Treant from your own farm every day + 1 Treant for each of your friends. The Treant is not Purchaseable. The Treant is not that easy to spot at the moment, so you need to look for it carefully!
