I agree, having the same problem. What a scam… I keep sending an email to the support offerpal & they keep asking for more of same info I have provided & still no farmcash. Has been over a week & was to have within 2 hours.

I believe the problem here is with Farmville because Netflix has great customer service and are sincere about dealing with problems in a very timely fashion. I believe they are given the run around too and just dont want to admit it. Netflix is a growong company and they are doing so by being a good sound company.
