Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes Snake loading cursor in menu and or mouse not working
That is because the mouse does nothing in menus, they only respond to keyboard input
Solution – Check device manager and disable andy gamepads you dont have plugged in.

Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes Not attaining max FPS on a monster rig
Try running in fullscreen instead of borderless (this was an issue I had and fixed this way)

Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes Snake himself looks blurry as hell on Max settings
Turn screen filtering (Which handles Depth of Field) to high instead of Extra High. (Thanks p☈oxy!)

Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes Controller does not work properly and or the camera is messed up
Plug controller in AFTER reaching the main menu

Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes Screen Tearing on Max settings with V-sync on
Force VSync through external program like Nvida inspector (I limit my FPS to 58 through a program like Nvidia inspector and it fixed this issue for me personally)

Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes The Steam interface doesn’t work when the game is running, can’t take screenshots or view the achivement list
Restart the game or close recording programs.
Another fix for the Steam overlay not working if you are using MSI Afterburner or Evga Precision X, Open RTSS and enable “Custom Direct3D support” (Thanks DIENER!)

Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes Mouse cursor appears over game
Click the mouse a couple times

Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes Sound does not play for cutscenes or iDroid
SOLUTION – If Windows is setup to 5.1 but you are in 2/2.1 change it to that. To do so, go to Control Panel>Sound
There, in the Playback tab, search for your sound card, right click it and left click “Configure Speakers” and follow the Speaker Setup wizard.

Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes Black screen after finishing final cutscene
For some reason my game locks up and it starts stuttering like crazy while trying to play the Phantom Pain trailer. I can’t skip the cutscene but the cutscene itself plays at like 2 fps. While the game itself runs pretty well. Anyone else having the same issue?
temporary fix : Before loading back into the cutscene change all your graphical settings to the lowest possible in the main menu. Put the resolution at 800×600 or whatever is smallest for you. Hit continue mission and watch the cutscene, while thats happening spam ESCAPE and you’ll hear a noise. When the “Continue” or Skip menu comes up spam your right arrow key, and when it moves over too selecting SKIP hit enter a bunch. It should register and allow you to skip the cutscene after awhile.
