Planetary Annihilation Blank Screen Problem

I disabled MSI After Burner and suddenly got a display after having had a blank screen in PA with the past few builds.
I have experimented and the problem was the oin screen display for frame rate. I would suggest that if you get blank screens, you disable anything with an overlay or OSD (MSI Afterburner, FRAPS etc) and see if that works

PA.exe has stopped responding Problem

If you’ve seen this message, a few things can be assumed about your setup.
You’re on Windows and there’s a 95% chance your drivers are out of date, or you have a laptop that has two video chips (integrated and discrete), or both.

The way to determine if your drivers are out of date is:
Run dxdiag.exe (Vista through windows 8.1, simply hit the start button, and type “dxdiag.exe”. All versions will find and run it, as long as you have Direct X installed. If you don’t, go install Direct X. We don’t use it for much, but it is required, and also, in this case, helpful!
