did you get this pop up even after you click “Join their Co-op” ?
well before this pop up you should get either :
1. You’re almost there! Click the Co-op Farming icon above the gift box to accept this job!
2. Sorry! That job doesn’t need help anymore! Start one of your own!
if you get the #2 then you should search for another co-op job to join, but if you get #1 then you should click the co-op farming icon and start doing the job..
but.. some people get this error message 
so how to join co-op farming job on farmville ?
i think there’s a problem going on for join co-op job, and here’s what Lexilicious says about this problem :
“We’re currently experiencing some technical issues surrounding our latest update (Co-op Farming), that our developers are aware of and are currently attempting to isolate and fix.
When attempting to join a job, some of our users may be seeing a message that states “Sorry, that job could not be found. Please join another job.”
Please be aware that our developers are currently hard at work to fix this issue. Once we have more information we’ll be sure to update you. Your continued patience is appreciated, and we thank you for sticking with us.”
so because this farmville co-op farming is still new i think we can understand.. i hope they fixed this soon

Don’t hold your breath waiting for Farmville to fix this problem anytime in the near future.
They’re way to busy adding yet more crap to this broken game, instead of fixing anything that’s wrong.

I try to join at co-op and I can’t to go there, I can’t to open one, I lost the last that I join. I wish that fix this, I love to play co-op, I love to help others friends to get gold medal.

I used to get error JOB NOT FOUND OR FULL
HOW I GOT AROUND IT? IT WAS ON TOMATOES
OPEN THE CO-OP PAGE ( RIGHT LOWER CORNER)
TRY TO JOIN TOMATOES- JOB NOT FOUND
THEN TRY TO START YOUR OWN TOMATOES CO-OP
WHEN JOB WILL BE ACTIVE- CANCELL IT
NOW TRY TO GET INTO TROUBLED TOMATOES
IT WORKS 4 ME )
I JUST GOT MY 2 DAUGHTERS INTO CO-OP I COUDN’T GET THEM FOR 2 WEEKS
