Restaurant City drinks has just been released and many people have difficulties dealing with restaurant city drink, so i’ll give some basics information and some tips and tricks for restaurant city drinks :
What is a drink ?
Basically, it’s another category of dish that you serve. Drinks can be served after level 15. You can choose up to 3 drinks to serve.
How do I serve drinks ?
You have to buy yourself a soda dispenser (1200 coins) and/or a fridge (2400 coins).
Which serves faster, dispenser of fridge ?
They are of the same speed, 12-13 seconds.
How do I level up drinks ?
Just like other menus, you collect ingredients (you can check restaurant city ingredients list).
Who prepares drinks ?
Your waiters.
What’s the best staff allocation for island layouts with 8 staff ?
2 islands: 2 chef, 2 waiters.
1 island: 3 chef, 4 waiters, 1 cleaner.
I served a drink. Now what ?
You can wait for a waiter to clean it up and you get your GP (Gourmet Point) – just like a normal dish!
How long does it take for a waiter to prepare a drink with energy over 80% ?
Around 12-13 seconds while stoves need 16.
What is the restaurant city drinks best layout ?
The best is to REMOVE YOUR ISLANDS, or make a large island, so that waiters serve all tables at all times.
Also, if you are not using an island, I advise you to have more waiters than chefs.
What kind of drinks can you make ?

The problem you might encounter is a constant drop in popularity, but no worries, I have come up with a new arrangement that would maximized your profits/gourmet points earning, also constantly increase your PP even with all your staff at less than 80% PP, YAY for not having to check in every half an hour lol (at around 55% of staff health PP will start decrease slowly again)
If you’re level 17 or higher, instead of the classy 2 island setups which gonna decrease your PP slowly and slightly, I use a 3 island setup (since a fridge is an extra stove, so your waiter would be busy enough with 2 stoves + 1 fridge)
A chef now can serve 3.5 to 4 tables, so we will have
- Two islands, each with 2 stoves, 1 fridge, and 7 tables, with 2 walking squares for 1 waiter.
- The third island will have 1 stove, 1 fridge and 4 tables surrounding the waiter.
At level 15 and 16, simply ignore the third island, use your extra staff as a cleaner
With 8 staffs, u will have
- 5 stoves + 3 fridges
- 18 tables
- 3 waiters
- Maximum productivity compared to other setups with 4stoves + 3 fridges (or less) and waiters have to walk a lot more

you may try this one coz i reached 50.0 PP by doing so.
12 chairs and tables, 4 chefs, 2 soda dispensers, 3 waiters and 1 cleaner.
i also have 4 waiting chairs and 3 arcade just to lengthen customers’ patience. i also used 1 island layout

i got to 50 popularity with 5 chefs, 2 soda dispensers, 3 waiters, 17 tables& chairs all in one island.
i should also mention that i have 6 waiting chairs and 4 arcades.

It keeps them occupied and entertained for the wait before any seats/tables are available. If you’re getting a big rush of customers, put a machine or two into your ‘lounge’ area.

Okay, I used the 3-island and jumped to 50 pp (continued for a week), but today I got on Restaurant City using the same layout, and my popularity dropped to a 4…..WTF happened :[

Hello! I came across this and thought, “I should give this website my island layout for drinks!”. This is for people on level 15 – 16 mostly. With this, I use all 7 of my employees. Here it is, good luck!

This is a simple open island set up as with 9 staff, it is hard to get the waiters inside the island.

I came up with a gret setup that runs quite smoothly and maintains an average of 50.0 popularity with 5 stoves, 2 drink fridges and 8 staff but it requires manual cleaning/ repairing of your toilets/arcade machines (you have to click them). Takes up 7X12 spaces.

I advise that you situate two waiters on the second half of the island (farthest from the wall) because there are more tables to serve/clear and also there is an additional stove on the end of the island to further accomodate customers.
The downside is your waiters will be forced to move 4 steps in order to access drinks, stoves and customers. Your other option is to give the first half of the island (against the wall) 10 chairs and the second half 8, in which case I advise you instead situate two waiters on the first half of the island in accordance with the prophecy. .::lol::. I just added that to throw you off a bit. Did it work?
Anyway, just thought I’d throw it out there. If you can find a way to improve on my layout, by all means share it! We’re all looking for ways to improve the functionality of our restaurants.

The 2 island layout I was using before with full staff is also quite effective and also (in my experience) maintains a popularity of 50.0 using 6 stoves, 2 drink fridges and 20 tables & chairs. It takes up 13X8 spaces.

You can also try switching the drink fridges with the stoves furthest from the wall.

This is my current layout, maintains 49.5-50.0 as long as my workers are 80%+ health, not sure if its efficient but I like how its a bit different.

Made a twin island layout, level 17, 8 staff, 5 chef, 3 waiter.5 stove,4 dispenser,include+5% grill, +5% saloon drink dispenser, +8% ceremonial drink set and +10% festive drink set. No playfish cash. And 14 tables, 3 arcade machines, 6 waiting chairs, 4 toilets and a maze.
