You will only be able to learn these dishes in this Halloween period, if you haven’t learnt them by shortly after Halloween, they will be removed from the menu.
Q: If i learn all of them at level 1, will i be able to level up those dishes in the future when their period will be over?
A: Yes, as long as you learn the dish now before the halloween period is over you can then level up the dishes whenever you want to.
